Teach your kids beginner sounds AND upper and lower case letters with these multifunctional puzzles. Each box contains 52 pieces (two per letter of the alphabet). First, the child matches their upper and lower case letters. Next, they flip the puzzle over to find a picture surprise! The picture is a search game and the child finds the items that start with the beginning sound in the picture. There is a helpful list of the items on the right side of the puzzle for parents (and advanced learners!).

Each picture features a diverse group of children to increase the exposure your child has to people of different races and ethnicities and with different abilities. We find this lays the groundwork for parents and teachers to have conversations about differences. 

The puzzle comes with a QR code to our Learning Guide. The Learning Guide includes tips for teaching (from teachers!), and background details on the images. For instance, the letter "S" features a 3D printed prosthetic, a very popular form of prosthetics used with kids today. The letter "I" features the qilaut, a percussion instrument of the Inuit people. The Learning Guide gives details like these as well as tips for customizing the game to your learner.
