Return Policy
PicDiversity, Inc. ("PicDiversity") will gladly refund orders by you, the customer, ("Customer") in the following circumstances:
1. PRE-SHIPMENT: Customer requests cancellation before the item has shipped.
2. UNDAMAGED ITEMS: Customer contacts PicDiversity, Inc. within 2 weeks of receipt and returns the item within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping will be paid for by the Customer.
3. DAMAGED ITEMS: Within 30 days of delivery, the Customer notifies PicDiversity, Inc. of the damage and also provides pictures of the damage to PicDiversity, Inc. at customersupport@picdiversity.org.
